For each patient, a panoramic X-ray and a thorough dental examination is performed first, and then the treatment to be performed is defined.
Toothlessness is a major problem in terms of chewing, loss of bone consistency, and over time the jawbone may deviate from its natural position. To prevent similar problems, dental implants are the safest option. In case of need, the maxillary and mandibular bone is first reconstructed with a bone graft also known as a bone graft (Swiss material), if needed, a sinus lift is also performed to close the spaces created by the lack of bone, the key to success for implants is bone consistency, the quantity and quality of the bone must be suitable for the placement of dental implants, to ensure a long-term solution, our first commitment is to create a solid base on which to reconstruct teeth.
We have a wide choice of implants. For foreign patients we only choose European or American material, in the case of implants we issue the patient with a passport for the material used.

What is the healing time after implants?
Although the osseointegration period varies from patient to patient, as a rule, the process is completed in 3 months; in cases where sinuses are operated on with bone graft, the healing period is 6 months.
It is important to respect this timeframe to prevent the implants from failing. Only in exceptional cases do we do direct loading with zirconium prosthesis, obviously in those cases we use suitable implants.
Zirconium or E-Max prostheses
We use only the best and globally recognised materials, and quality is the fundamental principle of our company. In fact, in addition to our direct patients, we offer laboratory services to Italian dentists. Our laboratories are equipped with the best technology in the world. After the osseointegration period, the patient returns to Turkey for the second phase. The reconstruction can be partial, arch or total.
In the design of the smile, not only the teeth in their original state are taken into account, but also the face and proportions are important for the defining result. Reconstruction of dentures can be done with zirconium or E-max.
Dental Veneers
Perfect compromise between perfect tooth design and minimally invasive. In some contexts, tooth size or defects can negatively affect the self-esteem of our patients. In the case of dental veneers, the direct intervention on the teeth is minimal, often only the enamel of the teeth to which the veneers are to be applied is removed or small adjustments can be made to properly align the teeth and strengthen the veneers.
The material used for veneers is e-max, which consists of an innovative lithium disilicate glass-ceramic, a material suitable for dental restorations and with impeccable aesthetics.
Endodontics
Obviously in the case of zirconium prostheses and e-max veneers, all endodontic treatments are included in our packages and are performed free of charge, not only that, all gum-related treatments are also performed free of charge. The main goal of our treatments is to make the patient feel good, to have a pain-free reintegration period.
Dental Whitening
In some cases it is enough to freshen up the teeth. Tooth whitening can be an excellent solution for teeth that are well cared for but under-coloured. Every person has a different colour tone, so whitening does not ensure the same effect for all patients. As a rule, clinical whitening ensures one to two tones of lighter white.
Prior to whitening, a professional tooth cleaning is performed, only afterwards tooth whitening with the ZOOM blue laser is performed. Teeth whitening does not have to be performed often, we normally give it to the patient’s companion.
